Minutes of The Family Function – 05th Nov. 2009

The Fourth Family Get-together Function of PMMF was held on 05th November 2009 at Isteraha Al Khaima. Madina Munnawwarh. 

Approximately 150 men, women and children participated this event. The PMMF Function was presided by Dr. Aftab Ahmed Shaikh.

15 members (non-doctors) of Pakistani Community attended the function as Special Guests.

 The Day Time Activity was started at 12.30 pm. Doctors, Doctor's Families, particularly children enjoyed swimming, playing cricket and playing other games. Day time activity was closed at 06.pm.

Children were served with Chocolates, balloons and wafers while others with cold, drinks tea and wafers.

The Family Gathering started at 08 pm.  Dr. Sajjad Solangi & Dr. Khalid Ahmed – Ohad Hospital supervised the Registration desk.

 Dr. Sajjad Solangi (General Secretary), Dr. Shakeel Ahmed (Joint Secretary PMMF), Dr. Bekhtiar Ahmed (Educational Secretary PMMF) & Dr. Khalid Ahmed – Ohad Hospital (Finance Secretary PMMF) supervised the audio-visual and other relevant events.

The participating PMMF members expressed their views regarding PMMF Family Function and appreciated greatly the efforts of PMMF Functioning Body. It was suggested by almost all the PMMF members that such activities should take place regularly.

All participants showed their deep concern regarding the present law and order situation in Pakistan and prayed for an early resolution of this situation.  

On the Ladies Section, Mrs., Dr. Aftab Ahmed Shaikh, Mrs. Dr. Sajjad Solangi, Mrs. Dr. Shakeel Ahmed, Mrs. Dr. Bekhtiar Ahmed & Mrs. Dr Khalid hosted the ladies guests while Dr. Irum, Mrs. Dr. Inayet Ullah Khilji, Mrs. Dr. Habib Ur Rehman , Mrs. Dr. Imitiaz Ibrahim and Mrs. Zahid Rao supervised the dinner and other relevant issues.

The women & Children Competitions of Qirat Al-Quran, Natt and Quiz were supervised by Mrs. Shehla Hashmi while Children Competitions of games were supervised by Miss. Aiza Imtiaz & Miss Amrra Javiad. In her opening remarks Ms. Shehla Hasmi prayed for the divine peace in our beloved country – Pakistan.

The winners were awarded with Chocolates, wafers and Gifts. All Children participating PMMF Family Function were served with   Chocolates, wafers & balloons.

The PMMF Family Get-together Function was closed at 02 am.
